18 till I die……. February 19, 2008

Hello everyone and welcome to the tag of 6 things to do before you turn 18. I have been tagged by Khouloud, Dima and Maiousa.

And of course the rules are:

Post these rules before presenting your list.
List 6 actions or achievements you think every person should accomplish before turning 18.
There are no conditions on what can be included on the list.
At the end of your post, choose 6 people to get tagged and list their names.

Here goes nothing!

1. Loose the geeky dorky look if you still have it, if you wear glasses replace them with lenses or this operation thing, fix your hair, buy new clothes, get rid of those pimples… etc. Give yourself a makeover before rolling into colloege, those 4 years will probably haunt you for ever.

2. Create a professional signiture, this is the time that you will start to actually need it. You don’t want to start with a lame one that has hearts and kisses, then when you realize you should grow up, you change it, but it still haunts you because you cannot remember which signiture you used for which thing and bla bla bla find yourself in trouble, think it is a blogable experience and make our lives misreable having to read about how stupid you are.

3.  If you haven’t went out behind your parents back, DO IT! because even if you get caught you are still young so you get away with it and if you don’t get caught, you will have amazing experiences to share!

4. Do mingle with the opposite gender, date, have a boy/girlfriend, being in an all girl/boy school will end somebody, you don’t want to make a fool out of yourself in uni or even at work. I don’t think people should wait till they are 18 to get to know the other species.

5. Accept the fact the world doesn’t revolve around you! you might be daddy’s girl/ mama’s boy at home and the teacher’s pet at school, but that’s where it ends. People do have more important things in their lives than you.

6. Learn how to lie! the dog ate my homework phase is over now, you have to be more creative, seriously it is very handy when you skip class, when you are late for class or work. And most of all remember to remember your lies.
